Paul S. Phillips, Owner: Exceptional customer service has always been Paul’s top priority beginning with his first sales job while in high school. Over the years he has excelled in sales, management and as a business owner in both retail and wholesale operations in Houston. He even went back to college in his mid forties and completed his degree. Paul’s many professional abilities, plus his character strengths of honesty, thoroughness, and affability meshed perfectly with the hospitality industry when he moved to San Antonio in 1994. Paul started in transportation as a chauffeur for the largest limo service in town, working with the numerous DMC’s. In 1998, he was awarded Chauffeur of the Year by Carey International. He goes above and beyond the expected job requirements and takes great pride in his attention to detail, planning, and execution. He progressed from chauffeur to working as DMC staff and event manager for some of the same DMC’s. The personal satisfaction he receives from giving his clients even more than they expected, plus San Antonio’s continued exciting growth and popularity, led him to start his own company. Paul is held in high regard by clients and peers for his scrupulous attention to details, logistical skills, and his mild and humorous manner. Staffing: In addition to our full-time office staff, we have access to a large number of professional staff people. Our knowledge of their physical abilities, experience and personality enables us to select just the right people for your needs. The very best certified professional tour guides and experienced airport and event personnel are assigned to every aspect of your program. NOTE: Staffing is the least expensive and most valuable part of every program!
